Program: Extreme SKILLZ (10 to 14 yrs.)
Skill: Active Arm Exercise
Drill: Beginner triangle push-ups
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build arm strength by lowering their head to the top of their hand from beginner push-up position, alternating hands on each rep for twenty reps.
Steps:
- Have your students hold their body up with the palms of their hands with their knees on the ground and toes pointed towards the ceiling. This is also referred to as beginner push-up position.
- Explain the rules:
- When I say, “go” you will lower your head to the top of your left hand and then back up, alternating hands on each rep.
- Keep your feet together and make sure your toes are pointed towards the ceiling at all times.
- You will alternate lowering your head to your hands for twenty reps.
- On the second round, walk around and make sure they are maintaining alignment with their feet, hips, and head. If they are not, freeze the count until they correct their position.

Skill: Active Leg Exercise
Drill: Advanced squats
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build their leg strength by lowering their body into a squat position with one leg while their arms are extended in front of them.
Steps:
- Have your students stand with their feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended in front of them, keeping their arms parallel to the ground.
- Explain the rules:
- When I say, “go” you will raise one leg off the ground and lower your body with your other leg while your arms remain extended in front of you, and then raise your body back up.
- You will do this for twenty reps.
- Continue for two rounds; one turn with each leg extended off the ground.
- On each turn, try to have them try to lower their body even further.

Program: Extreme SKILLZ (10 to 14 yrs.)
Skill: Active Abs Exercise
Drill: Half-v sit-up
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build abdominal strength by lifting their shoulder and feet off the ground, both at a 45-degree angle for twenty reps.
Steps:
- Have your students lay on their backs with their shoulders and feet slightly off the ground, and arms extended towards their toes.
- Explain the rules:
- When I say, “go” you will raise your shoulders and feet off the ground, both at a 45-degree angle, while your arms are extended in front, parallel with your legs and then lower your body back, keeping your shoulders and feet off the ground in between each rep.
- Keep your feet together and do not to bend your knees.
- You will do this for twenty reps.
- On the second round, make sure they are keeping their body in perfect alignment throughout each rep. If they are not, freeze the count until they correct their position.

Skill: Active Core Exercise
Drill: Advanced bridge shoulder taps
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build their core strength by (from advanced bridge position) tapping their shoulders, alternating arms for twenty reps.
Steps:
- Have your students raise their body off the ground with the palms of their hands and heels, keeping their heels, hips, and shoulders aligned. This is also referred to as advanced bridge position.
- Explain the rules:
- When I say, “go” you will tap your right shoulder with your left hand, and then tap your left shoulder with your right hand, keeping your body in perfect alignment.
- You will do this for twenty reps.
- On the second round, walk around and push on their bellies as they provided resistance.
