Here’s what’s included in the certification:

• Stages of Development Training. You’ll learn the science and psychology of children throughout the ages of 3 to 14. These stages break down the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social characteristics of children at every age group according the most world-renown child experts.
• Drill Development. You’ll synergize with Shuman and the other participants to learn the most effective age-specific drills! Our drill concepts generate measurable results and at the same time take the stress work out of teaching children.
• Class Planning. You’ll learn the secrets to creating a well-rounded class planner that generates results. Class planning is a skill that requires time and consideration. This is something that most instructors fail to recognize.
• Instructor Application. You’ll have a chance to put your teaching skills into action with a section reserved for instructors to take turns working directly with kids. 11:15 – 11:45 – 3 and 4 year olds (Hands-on training)

11:45 – 12:30 – 5 and 6 year olds (Hands-on training)

12:30 – 1:15 – Lunch Break

1:15 – 2:00 – 7 and up (Hands-on training)

2:00 – 2:45 – Behavioral Management (Question and Answer Session)

2:45 – 3:30 – Games to play at parent’s night, summer camps, and fun week (Hands-on)

3:30 – 4:00 – 10 Class Management Skills (Lecture)

4:00 – 4:30 – Written Test

4:30 – 5:00 – Event Wrap-up
